Adventurers should head to the abandoned blacksmith building located in the northern portion of the Blighted Village. Inside, you can find a calcified pit covered by webs that leads directly down into a dusty, hidden workshop basement.

Once inside the underground forge, look for a wooden ladder leading up to a high scaffold area.
