Tracking down this specific item involves visiting a specific location on school grounds over multiple days.

Accepting Elizabeth's Request 75

Before you can obtain the helmet, you must first accept Request 75 from Elizabeth outside the Velvet Room. The request becomes available later in the game during early October alongside several other fetch quests. Once accepted, your objective is to locate and retrieve the Sengoku-era helm somewhere within Gekkoukan High School.

Where to Find the Sengoku Era Helm

To get the helmet, head to Gekkoukan High School during a regular school day when classes are in session. Navigate to the first floor of the main school building and enter the Faculty Office. Speaking with Mr. Ono inside the office will initiate a conversation regarding the historical artifact.

Visiting the Faculty Office Multiple Times

Obtaining Kanetsugu's Helm requires patience, as Mr. Ono will not hand it over immediately on your first visit. You must return to speak with him at the Faculty Office across several consecutive school days. Fortunately, visiting the office does not consume any in-game time, allowing you to freely continue your daily activities afterward.

Delivering the Helm and Claiming Rewards

After visiting enough times, Mr. Ono will finally gift you the replica helm. Once Kanetsugu's Helm is in your inventory, return to the Velvet Room entrance in Paulownia Mall or Tartarus. Speaking to Elizabeth allows you to submit the request, completing Request 75 and earning your valuable reward.
